Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Scope We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (boxes, pouches, jewellery cards must be intact). You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@nimue-jewellery.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hair accessories and ring sizing tools
  • One-of-a-kind and personalised pieces
  • Sale and outlet items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@nimue-jewellery.com.

This policy applies to orders delivered within Switzerland and the European Union.

Right of Withdrawal (Switzerland & EU)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method as your original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. You will bear the direct cost of return shipping. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the goods.

  2. We review and approve your request within 48 hours
  3. You'll receive return instructions by email

  5. Once received and inspected, we'll issue your refund
