Shipping We currently ship to Switzerland and the European Union (EU).
- Shipping costs are CHF 4.00 for orders below CHF 100.00
- Orders of CHF 100.00 or more qualify for free shipping
Orders are typically delivered within:
- Switzerland: 1–2 business days
- European Union: delivery times may vary depending on destination
In some cases, certain items may be shipped directly from a partner location. In such cases, delivery may take up to 4 business days.
All orders are shipped via Swiss Post using priority services (A-Post letter or parcel), ensuring reliable and fast delivery.
Processing Time Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
